Contributing to the rejuvenation of the Bronzeville neighborhood, Bronzveville Pointe, completed in 1998, consists of 18 market rate town houses centered around a open vehicular court. Special attention was paid to the scale of this new building along this grand boulevard, taking care not to be too small in relation to the neighboring gray stone mansions.
