Completed in 1985, the mixed-use retail and residential building at the north-east corner of Armitage Avenue and Fremont Street has proven to be a solid and harmonious addition to a neighborhood rich in architecture from Chicago's past. Often mistaken as belonging to the 1880's rather than the 1980's, the building consists of 3 distinct retail spaces at street level, each with their own unique storefront. Above, on the 2nd through 4th floors, are 3) one bedroom units, 2) duplex two bedroom units, and 1) studio apartment.
