The larger building at Madison and Hoyne is five stories and has 59 dwelling units: one and two bedrooms. This building also has a retail space at ground level, appropriate to the Madsion St. corridor. The smaller building at Warren and Hoyne is three stories and contains 21 one and two bedroom units.
