This proposed addition to the Paul G. Stewart campus will provide 100 apartments for the elderly in a support-based environment that would include dining service, art therapy, activity spaces, onsite health clinic, fitness center and in-house physical therapy. The planned building will occupy a prominent corner defining the southeast corner of the campus.
